That was a very nice experienced. An unplanned visit with my friends with our kiddos. We plan to visit again soon. It’s a very beautiful and very nice viewing on night. Spend time with love ones enjoying the millions of lights in the city.

fantastic view. easy uphill walk from main road (kureha yama koen bus stop).
Good a alternative to Toyama City Hall observation tower because it's always open 😅
A good observatory for witnessing beautiful mountains and the sunrise.
Also, this mountain itself isn’t that long from the foot to the top.
It would be good for hiking there as well.
Hard to get to with public transport (especially at dusk/after hours). Great view
